Description:

This artwork represents a pivotal phase in my artistic exploration, where I delve into the interplay of rich textures, golden pastes, and the evocative hues of rust. These elements converge to create a haunting, apocalyptic atmosphere, inspired by the theme 'Hamsin at the Dead Sea.' In this scene, the oppressive desert wind renders the sky and sun invisible, leaving behind an overwhelming sense of disorientation and unease. The rusty tones dominate the composition, evoking a world stripped of clarity, where nature itself becomes both mesmerizing and unsettling. The textured elements invite the viewer to trace the chaotic flow of sandstorms, while the concentric spiral hints at cyclical forces or the endless struggle to find order in the chaos. The metallic sheen of gold juxtaposes decay with a faint glimmer of vitality, offering a tension between beauty and desolation.
