About this piece

Earthy brown, ochre and rust run down the board in vertical drips, and a burst of bright blue lines fills the centre. The resin seal over the whole surface gives the blue a glossy depth against the matte-looking browns around it. Acrylic on board, 16 × 20 inches, 2024.
