Hand - painted Wine Glass (I)

This is a stemmed wine glass painted over its whole surface — bowl, stem and foot — with fine dripped lines of orange, yellow, mint green and red on a dark ground, and sealed with varnish. The main photograph shows it with two other glasses from the series on a bamboo tabletop, and you can see that the pattern is never repeated from one glass to the next. Wine Glass (II) and (III) are listed separately if you would like to put a set together.
